Who I am
Jakub Zahrádka
With over 20 years of experience, I have dedicated my career to reorganization, communication and crisis management. I have gained extensive expertise as a senior project manager, crisis manager, restructuring manager, company director, and a trusted advisor to business owners. Additionally, I have managed startup projects and held various positions on boards of directors and supervisory boards. Last but not least, I also take pride in my role as a mentor.
I offer my clients hands-on experience across multiple industries, including telecommunications, the automotive sector, construction, public administration, logistics, IT, healthcare, services, and many others.
I am not a theorist but a hands-on practitioner, combining deep analytical thinking with a strong sense of empathy. I provide actionable solutions that demand hard work but have consistently delivered long-term growth and development for my clients’ businesses. At the same time, I have faced failures and crises in my own career—experiences that have shaped me, enriched my perspective, and driven me forward.

My core values in business and beyond
SINCERITY has been a part of me since birth. Throughout my life, it has led me to both meaningful connections and unexpected losses—imaginary friends and even some clients. While sincerity may not always be the most popular trait in today’s world, it remains essential for growth and integrity.
TRUST is only one. It takes years to build it but it can be lost in a single moment. Defining what creates trust is difficult, yet we all immediately recognize when it is missing.
HUMILITY is not given. Despite a number of life obstacles and failures, it has taught me to recognize my limits before I reach them. Hard work has brought me to where I am today.
RESPECT must be learned—few can truly judge others without bias. No one is inherently better or worse than another; we are all shaped by our own paths.

In my work as a crisis manager and restructuring expert, I have learned that success is always preceded by CONSISTENCY, COMMON SENSE, and PERSPECTIVE. So, don’t expect empty phrases from me that flatter you. I speak bluntly and directly—after all, you’re paying me for my impartiality and objectivity.
With analytical thinking and years of experience, I can quickly and accurately IDENTIFY THE SOURCE OF PROBLEMS. I will provide you with a clear set of actions and measures to achieve your goals and resolve crisis situations—while carefully considering any side effects of the process.
HUMANITY and MOTIVATION are an integral part of my personality and work. And this applies to both the company’s management and employees. I try to set an example for people.
I also strongly advocate for TEAMWORK, not just among employees but at the highest levels of the company. I often help owners and management teams reconnect and rediscover how to work together effectively.
